Inventory
AMS tracks every cent on each car, ensuring you have the most up-to-date total cost for every unit. Our service integrations allow you to track and manage your service needs. AMS allows you to Manage Title statuses, add unlimited notes, and transfer to your favorite websites for marketing.
Customer Information
Customer Center captures extensive information you will need to track your customers. With AMS, you can track up to 99 employers and references PER customer. You can manage not only customer information, but also insurance information and judgement data (court dates, attorneys, garnishment requirements, etc.).
Sales / Leasing
Easily enter your Sale and Lease applications into the Origination module for all locations and print contracts and forms on plain paper. AMS supports deferred down payments, multiple payment streams, wholesales, cash sales, and Finance/Lease sale types.
Underwriting
Underwriting is a critical first step in the collection process. AMS manages multiple scorecard applications, multiple user-defined stipulations, tracks dealer checks/discounts and stores electronic documents. Our Dealer Web Portal provides an online interface to manage credit applications and send real-time statuses back to the dealer.

Easily post all regular, side note, NSF, CPI payments, enter promise to pays, and monitor insurance cancellations. Accounting
AMS simplifies accounting challenges by integrating with over eight packages in the marketplace today. AMS integrates with QuickBooks, Peachtree, Great Plains, Microsoft Dynamics, MAS90, MAS500, Quantum, or Epicor. Journal entries will be easily batched straight into your COA. Sage Products offer direct integration to database, Quickbooks and others offer import/export features.
Auto Master Systems offers a complete inventory management system that helps your staff enter, search and manage your inventory. Vehicles can be easily entered on the Inventory screen or imported in from a .csv file. Reconditioning expenses, vehicle location and flags and guidebook integrations are just a few of the many features found in the AMS inventory module.

Successful account collection starts with an excellent application. AMS’s comprehensive Underwriting and Decisioning module will add organization and consistency to your decisions on which risks to accept. Having complete applicant information is vital to making good underwriting decisions. All information pertinent to your decision making is captured in a user-friendly input screen. Our customizable application scoring tool gives your underwriters a quick assessment of the quality of the application. For our Finance Company clients, our Web Portal allows your submitting dealers to enter their application online which is then available to automatically import into AMS, removing the need for double-entry of the application.
It is important to keep customer information current and accurate after the sale. The AMS customer center is fully equipped to do just that. Your staff can easily update and track complete customer contact, residence, employment, references, insurance information. The customer center allows for multiple address and employment entries, multiple contact numbers and references. Keeping track of your customers has never been easier!
All functions related to customer payments can be performed in AMS’s Payment Module. Our interface allows your staff to easily post payments, payment reversals and principal only payments. With the correct security, account adjustments can be made. Our payment center also has the unique ability to show you the result of a payment on an account before you actually post it. Our collector queues keep your collectors focused and organized. You can print collection letters set up a Promise-to-Pay schedule and assign custom tags to monitor accounts. The collection notes includes Action-Result codes so you can monitor communication activity. The collection center allows you to completely asses your customer behavior in a single space without having to jump around multiple modules.
With over 290 standard reports built into AMS, we have everything you need to effectively measure your business! Our reports include the following features to help you with your reporting needs.
AMS integrates with leading third parties accounting software packages. This enables dealers and lenders to keep their existing accounting packages or choosing one that best fits their company. AMS provides a Standard Chart of Accounts to clients based on NABD‘s recommendations, however you may also configure the system to use your own. Our integration pushes a complete batch of transactions to your accounting software, eliminating the need for duplicate entry. When posting a payment, AMS will update the accounts receivables in real-time and will transfer that transaction into the accounting system. Transactions can be posted throughout the day, and all other account postings at the end of the business day. This allows only correct and balanced information to go into your accounting system. Every transaction is stored in a translation table to easily and accurately go into the correct General Ledger. For example, when posting a loan, we handle all journal entries associated with that loan including setting up the Unearned Discount transaction as well. When posting a Payment to an account, the transaction includes the payment details of Principal, Interest, Taxes, Earned Discount, Relieving Unearned Discount, Convenience Fees, CPI portions, NSF, Miscellaneous Codes, etc.
